Everything you add to SortMyLife — documents, tasks, notes, voice recordings — is private to you by default. Nothing is shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to share it with a family member.
We store the information you give us (uploads, photos, pasted text, voice notes, tasks and preferences) so the app can organise it for you. We never sell your data and never use your private content for advertising.
Your records are protected by backend-level ownership checks and secure storage. Documents are not publicly accessible — only you (and family members you explicitly share with) can open them.
When you ask SortMyLife to sort or explain something, the content you provide is processed by AI to extract what matters. AI features only work from the information you give them — they do not invent facts about you.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your records.
